Music is not what one can listen to, but rather what one becomes.

We could not agree more with Conductor and Composer Sergiu Celibidache. At the end of the day, just like music, tourism and marketing are human-intensive domains and address human emotions, their point being to make the audience first resonate with and then become part of the performance, of the act. This is why our team comprises both tourism and marketing experienced staff with a 15 year or longer history in running events. Among the types of events delivered, many of which were interaction, skill and creativity-intensive, there are a few we list below.

  • Field events for farmers including up to 750 persons and built-from-scratch logistics.
  • Conferences and presentations for up to 500 persons in a wide range of settings, from standard hotel facilities to inspirational settings in heritage properties or outdoor locations.
  • Outdoor activity or local craft-based team building projects.
  • CSR projects providing assistance to remote communities or elderly groups.
  • Sporting events such as cycling events on long routes across Romania and beyond its borders.
  • ‘Open door’ corporate events often including a simultaneous occurrence in 10-12 different cities nation-wide.
  • Theme dinners or receptions.
  • Acting or music performances with a varied theme and audience.
  • Logistics and production-intensive projects.

Disregarding of the type of event above or of the specific structure it was about, we have always stuck to our ‘one story’ concept, considering an event like a life cycle where every ingredient, every activity or item has its own role in unfolding the tale, in captivating and integrating those present so as to create a unique, memorable experience that exists only as a whole. Because, whether it is about the music a group plays or sings together, the craft its members practice together or the communication or training process they are part of, it is all down to what everyone takes in, gives out and eventually becomes part of while nevertheless retaining his or her personality and authenticity.

Why do we enjoy setting up events? Because… Orbis Unum!

An Orbis Unum where everything starts and ends with the human being as part of a greater entity.

Every key has a life of its own. Every life has a shape of its own. Every shape has a vibration of its own. There is no isolated, distinct sound.
